We deliver to all the world.
Australian and other International orders ship from our Sydney warehouse.
USA and Canadian orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you place an order to ship to a PO Box we will need to obtain an alternative address from you which may cause delay in posting your item.
Within Australia: Free Standard Shipping on all Purchases over $50
To New Zealand: AUD $10.00 Standard Shipping on all Purchases
Rest of the World: AUD $15.00
You will receive an email confirming your order. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive then an immediate refund.
WHO WILL DELIVER YOUR GOODS
For our deliveries we use Australia Post & Star Track. You will receive an email with a tracking code after order has been dispatched.
Orders shipped within Australia take 2-5 business days from shipping date depending on location. International orders take between 7-14 business days from shipping date.
Fearsome cannot be responsible for delays in delivery as a result of destination country’s custom clearance or by the couriers transit time.
CURRENCY, TAXES, DUTY
All product prices and payments are in Australian Dollar currency and include GST for Australian orders. International Orders exclude GST and this will be deducted at checkout.
Please note that for international orders you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country. Fearsome will not be liable for duties or taxes on International orders
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties or taxes may be applicable when your order arrives at its destination country. Fees on a shipment have to be paid by the receiver Fearsome cannot be liable for these fees and these fees are non refundable upon returned good. These vary by country so we recommend contacting the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order, to avoid unavoidable charges.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to fix this issue. If however the parcel is returned and the customer requests to resend the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied.
