We understand that online shopping can be difficult. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased at full price from our website we will gladly exchange or refund the item purchased within 30 days of original purchase.
We also offer exchanges on sale items, but not refunds. Please note merchandise for return must be unused and be in the original condition with all original tags attached.
For returns or exchanges email firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and a reason for the return – you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number. Please write the Return Authorisation Number we provide on the package so we can ensure your return is handled quickly.
Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Fearsome takes no responsibility for lost merchandise without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, additional shipping charges will apply.
We can only exchange or refund items purchased on the Fearsome website. If your item was purchased at a stockist of Fearsome, the return or exchange must be made with them directly and would be subject to their particular returns policy.
Fearsome will refund or exchange faulty items that have been purchased from our website within the last 3 months. If the item is no longer available, we will provide a product of similar value.
This warranty will not apply if any damage or defect results from misuse, neglect, wear and tear or any modifications to the original product.
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) for any reason, please follow the below returns procedure.
Fearsome reserves the right to deny claims if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Please indicate the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
For warranty claims, please provide a copy of your order confirmation and 2-3 photos of the damaged product.
If the item is no longer available, we will substitute the item for one of equal value of your choice.
